Produce all school apparel in-house at an affordable rate while empowering students with hands-on skills and real-world experience in manufacturing.
Each day, students handle live orders - from screen printing and vinyl applications to embroidery and maintenance of equipment — overseeing every step of the process from concept to completion.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
At Creek Manufacturing, our students gain experience in all aspects of business - from Leadership and Management to hands-on roles in Production Setup and Textile and Fashion. The Leadership and Management Team oversees daily operations, ensuring the business runs smoothly and meets quality standards.
How It Works
Product Design and Production Teams - Collaborate to bring creative ideas to life, handling everything from the initial design to the final product.
Accounting Team - Responsible for budgeting and financial management.
Business Administration Team - Focuses on planning and organization.
Customer Service Team - Representatives communicate with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Marketing Team - Promotes our products within the school and the community.

Career and Technical Education Pathways
Indian Creek High School offers five Business and Manufacturing pathways that meet the requirements of the Next Level Programs of Study: Advanced Manufacturing, Fashion and Textile, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing and Sales. This sequence of courses allows students to better prepare for the real world by learning industry-standard skills, preparing them for entry into the workforce or college and technical school.
Funding
We are excited to share how Creek Manufacturing, our student-led apparel business at Indian Creek High School, was made possible through the collaborative efforts and generous partnerships of our school administration, school board, and local businesses. With their support, we secured funding to purchase state-of-the-art printing and embroidery equipment, allowing us to kick off our operations.
In the fall of 2023, our students completed their very first job, marking a significant milestone. The profits generated from apparel sales will be reinvested into the business to acquire additional equipment, further enhancing our manufacturing capabilities.
We extend our gratitude to the local businesses that have donated their time and resources to teach our students essential skills and contribute financially to our growth. Their support is invaluable in helping us build a robust program that prepares students for future careers in manufacturing and entrepreneurship.
