A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE, WORK, LEARN AND PLAY
Nestled between beautiful agricultural fields, Hoosier wooded lots and nearby lakes, the Indian Creek Schools community is an ideal place to raise your family.
Our school district includes the small Indiana towns of Trafalgar, Nineveh and Morgantown and the townships of Nineveh and Hensley in Johnson County and Jackson in Morgan County. We also have students who travel from the nearby cities of Franklin and Greenwood, White River Township and as far aways as Bloomington – because they feel at home at The Creek.
Johnson County has a low cost of living and high quality of life. You will find an internationally diverse, hardworking community with career opportunities with international companies and smaller privately owned businesses.
Morgan County has a safe, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and a beautiful, scenic landscape created where the flat fields of northern and central Indiana meet the rolling hills of southern Indiana.
Both counties are close to a world-class city – Indianapolis – where you can find the best in professional sports, cuisine and the arts. Indian Creek also is close to renown higher education institutions – Indiana, Purdue and Butler universities. Franklin College, a highly acclaimed liberal arts college, is located in nearby Franklin.
Many of our families live and enjoy the outdoor life (boating, fishing and hiking) offered by the nearby private Princes and Lamb Lakes.
Our district also is connected to historic Camp Atterbury, an active training center for the U.S. Army, the Indiana National Guard and many other first responder and security agencies.
