Sports Physicals Available on April 17

Athletic physicals will be held on April 17, 2025, from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. in the ICHS Fieldhouse. Enter through Door 27E. Physicals are open to incoming 5th graders through seniors. The cost is $25 (cash or check only). Please ensure all athletes have completed the Final Forms account information before the athletic physicals.
